The presentation will bring together the presenter's personal experience with training both eager and reluctant graduate faculty in Moodle skills and online teaching with the current wisdom about how best to approach long-time face to face or even long-time correspondence school/mentoring faculty who are fearful or dismissive of teacher training.

Nancy L. Zingrone, PhD, is a WizIQ Premium teacher, a WizIQ blogger, an online teacher, and sometime volunteer co-facilitator in the Moodle training courses on Dr. Nellie Deutsch's www.integrating-technology.org. She has done personality and individual difference research for over 20 years, published over 30 academic articles, and has been a director of academic affairs for an online graduate school in transpersonal psychology.
